Santa Clara United Methodist Church welcomes all who want to discover their life purpose, grow in faith, and know Jesus. As Jesus taught us, our core values are to "Love God, Love Others and Serve the Lord". Ours is a diverse congregation, a mixuture of young and old, from various backgrounds.
The UMC's longstanding mission, inspired by Matthew 28:1-20: "The mission of the United Methodist Church is to make disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world". We are your Community congregation.
Did you know Methodism and Protestantism began in our Valley as well as in California in 1846? On October 11th we celebrated that date with Mayor Lisa Gillmore who spoke about our contributions to the City and State. Above is a picture of the NSGW & NDGW dedicating a plaque outside at the Bell Wall Garden. A great time was had by all!
